If you cancel your enrollment 7 days or more prior to the class date we will provide you with a 100% course fee refund.  If you cancel within 7 days of the course start, we will offer a 50% course fee refund.  Cancellations less than 24 hr prior to the start of the class will not be issued a refund.  We do not offer refunds on course books or related shipping charges.

If you wish to reschedule and your class is greater than 3 days out, please call our office at 603-668-5360.

No-shows forfeit any refunds and will have to pay the full price of any upcoming class.  You may also be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for class.

If you opted in and paid for the Reschedule Protection option during enrollment, you will be allowed to reschedule your course if you are unable to make the scheduled date.  This protection covers no-show occurrences as well as last-minute schedule changes.  The protection only allows for one reschedule.   Any additional reschedule requests after a course reschedule will be subject to the standard refund policy above.  The Reschedule Protection only allows for course reschedules, not refunds.   Refunds requests will still be issued using the standard policy above.  Reschedule requests must be made within 7 days of the course date and must be scheduled for a course that is no more than 4 months out from the original course date.   Failure to initiate a reschedule within 7 days of the course date will cause this feature to expire without a refund.

TNCC and ENPC Courses

Enrollments canceled greater than 20 days prior to the class date we will provide you with a 100% course fee refund (less the coursebook fee).  If you cancel greater than 15 days of the course start, we will offer a 50% course fee refund.  Cancellations less than 15 days prior to the start of the class will not be issued a refund.  We do not offer refunds on course books ($97.50) or shipping.  Course refunds will have the coursebook fee deducted.

Please call our office at 603-668-5360.

Reschedule requests must be made within 7 days of the course date and must be scheduled for a course that is no more than 6 months out from the original course date.   Failure to initiate a reschedule within 7 days of the course date will cause this feature to expire without a refund.

EMT and Advanced EMT Courses

There are no refunds on course fees once the course begins.  Cancellations prior to the course start date will be refunded any amount paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit.  The non-refundable deposit paid is not refundable unless the class is canceled by New Hampshire CPR, LLC.

EMS Exams and Exam Preview Sessions

There are no refunds issued for any exam fees unless the exam is canceled by New Hampshire CPR, LLC.

EMS Psychomotor Exam Reschedule Protection

This exam add-on will allow you to reschedule your psychomotor and preview session (if enrolled) one time in the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled exam date.  This add on only allows for rescheduling the exam and preview session (if enrolled) and does not allow for refunds as all exam fees are non-refundable unless the exam is canceled by NHCPR.   Once a new exam date has been scheduled, the protection is no longer valid for the rescheduled exam, and those unable to attend a rescheduled exam using this feature will be held to the traditional exam refund policy.  Reschedule requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original exam date and after the NREMT unlocks the candidate's PATT and can only be rescheduled to an open exam that is held within 6 months of the original exam date.  We are unable to reschedule candidates to an exam that is already full or an exam whose enrollment period has already closed.   Should the candidate be unable to find an exam date that they can attend, the protection will expire with no refunds.  (Updated 11/7/2020)

Digital Items

There are no refunds on digital items once purchased.  This includes digital items that are bundled within a course price.

Physical Items

We will accept refunds on any unopened and undamaged physical item and will refund the cost of the item minus a 20% restocking fee.   The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back with insurance and tracking to us at their own expense.
