Manage Your Clinical Site

What you can do in the portal

  • See which NHCPR students are scheduled with you, and when.
  • Keep your details current — address, where students report, parking, dress code, what to bring.
  • Manage who at your site hears from us.
  • Post the shifts you have open, and block out dates you cannot take students.
  • Print your bulletin-board sheet, with the QR code your preceptors scan to record a student’s arrival and departure.

A few things worth knowing

  • The link is private to your site — anyone who has it can manage your site details, so please don’t forward it.
  • Your link stays active for 30 days. You can request a fresh one here any time.
